<p>Bruizer\u2122 Series Rear Bumpers are designed to hold up to rugged off-road use, with the amenities expected in a full-featured premium bumper. Bruizer bumpers are compatible with Poison Spyder's Frame Mounted Tire Carrier, which may be added later without exchanging or modifying the bumper. Features include an integrated class III tow hitch, extreme duty recovery shackle tabs, recessed mounts for LED cube lights, and semi-gloss black SpyderShell\u2122 Armor Coat finish.<\/p>

<h3>Plate Steel Construction<\/h3>
<p>The Bruizer\u2122 Rear Bumper's outer shell is constructed of CNC laser cut, brake-formed 3\/16" high strength plate steel. The multiple bends and facets actually lend even more strength to the bumper design, while improving departure angles and trail obstacle clearance. The Bruizer\u2122 Rear Bumper can be mounted without cutting or altering the Jeep's frame rails.<\/p>
<h3>Tire Carrier Compatibility<\/h3>
<p>Bruizer\u2122 Series Rear Bumpers are compatible with Poison Spyder's Frame Mounted Tire Carrier, or may be used along with the Jeep's original tailgate-mounted spare tire carrier. The PSC Frame Mounted Tire Carrier may be added at a later date, without requiring further modifications to the Bruizer\u2122 bumper. This provides an easy upgrade path for Jeep owners who would prefer to upgrade their bumper first, and the tire carrier at a later date. Note that the stock spare tire carrier, when used with the Bruizer\u2122 Rear Bumper, can fit up to a 33" spare tire.<\/p>
<h3>Extreme Duty Recovery Shackle Tabs<\/h3>
<p>These Extreme Duty Recovery Shackle Tabs are CNC machined from 1" thick steel billet, and pass through the shell of the bumper and are welded on both sides. These tabs are specifically designed to accept Poison Spyder's Heavy Duty 3\/4" Recovery Shackles. These tabs are designed to match the high clearance aspects of the rest of the bumper and minimized hang-ups.<\/p>
<h3>Integrated Hitch Receiver<\/h3>
<p>The integrated tow hitch receiver accepts standard 2" hitches and recovery accessories. It is structurally integrated into to the design of the Bruizer\u2122 Rear Bumper in order to provide a higher clearance, tougher hitch that's there when you need it, but tucked up higher out of the way for better clearance and departure angles on the trail. The hitch has been designed to exceed class III hitch specifications. Includes integrated safety chain loops.<\/p>
<h3>Recessed LED Cube Light Mounts<\/h3>
<p>The Bruizer\u2122 Rear Bumper includes provisions for mounting a pair of Rigid Industries Dually (or similar) LED pod lights for use as backup lamps or simply as illumination toward the rear of the Jeep for night runs, after-dark repairs or work lighting. These light mounts are recessed, fully protecting the LED light fixtures from rocks and trail hazards. Mounts are compatible with most 2X2 LED cube lights (Pro-Comp 76406P, Rigid D-Series, or similar). IMPORTANT: Note that the LED Lamps do NOT come with this bumper, they must be purchased separately.<\/p>
<h3>SpyderShell\u2122 Armor Coat<\/h3>
<p>SpyderShell\u2122 is more than just powder coating\u2014it's a complete system that includes the state of the art in preparation, application, materials and packaging to ensure that your SpyderShell\u2122 products stay looking great for years. The SpyderShell\u2122 process has been engineered to provide your Poison Spyder product with years of unmatched great looks, corrosion protection and weather-resistance. Our proprietary 6-stage system starts with media blasting the entire part, to remove contaminents and prep the metal surface for the best possible adhesion. Next, any seams are sealed with 3M Scotch-Weld to block moisture from entering and causing corrosion where the powder can not reach. The first coat to be applied is a zinc-rich powdered black primer, which is baked on to form an impenetrable bond between the metal product and the coating. The primer is black--rather than traditional gray--so that any rock chips or trail damage are less conspicuous. The final top coat is an industrial grade, "super-durable" architectural finish in semi-gloss black, which is engineered to retain its appearance through years of exposure to sun and weather.<\/p>
